After 4 years... band life finally came to and end.
4 yrs in rvcb, ups and downs, happiness and sadness, hardship and sweetness, we have all been through that.
Its not that easy to survive 4 full yrs in rvcb. Scoldings, practise, frequent times in bandroom, tough training and lessons, packed schedules are part and parcel of band people's life. Life in rvcb hasnt been easy for most of the sec4s, resulting in alot of hatred and resent. But at last, we survived for 4 yrs, The extreme test of endurance and resilience.  People leave band with differing feelings and thoughts. Joyous and celebration contrasted the sadness and unwillingness. But after all, we lived with each other for 4yrs, had the fun times together and went though the worst of all. I enjoy people of the same batch, nice friendly and enthuastic.
4 yrs did not come by as a waste of time, events and activities filled the band life. I remember every part of it, and i enjoyed every performance despite the trouble.
4 yrs didnt come by easily as well. Management of time was the trouble of all. Weighing between band life and school work during a crucial year - not that easy. Competetion drained times, while band was ignored nearing exams. Ms chan's lessons made us got used to scolding and sitting there quietly. Competetion was tense and hard, but endured. Concerts were done with extreme care.
4 yrs and band has always been a major part of life. Staying till late, sectionals and much isolation form or own class, to go for band. Bandmates are still the best friends, even superior to classmates. Band spirit is induced, but not really accepted by many. Still though, i feel more attached to band people. I prefer the way of doing things, and ideas click well together. Not that easy with other people.
4 yrs of band shaped quite shaped the way we do things. High effecieny and high quality is what we do, and oftenly what we expect from others as well. Band made us more resilience and more time effective, coping with the same amount of schoolwork with must less time than others. Endurace level rose as things were not that easy, but we have to take it in our stride. What we do, what we think, and what we want - its the rvcb style.
I now many hated band, but i dont think anyone hates it that badly. If not its not possible to survive till now.
We tire out, we have not enough rest. We feel the pain and hardship of band life. But at last, its an end. But good luck sec4s, the prelims and Os are here in our way. I think band ways will help us pull through it. JiayouXx people!
