Haha... long time no update - sch reopened and life is as normal as it could ever have been so nothing to write. But admist the peace and hectic of rv life, theres the Band Fiesta in the Gardens 2004!
Wow... first time wearing new uniform. Ehrms.... nt exactly nice but it was much nicer than any other sch bands there! We had a white collared shirt top with a stripe of vanda miss joacqium in light blue print. The bottoms was dark blue berms, for which the girls are different from the guys'. Very interesting and people stares with wonder and dismay at you when you travel on public transport with that uniform on. Lolx.... but i think it looks quite ok.
Songs... we didnt prepare as much entertainment as the other bands did, but our songs were well received! Many had good comments on us... well in fact they are mainly people from the band circle. OF cos rite... we are betting our prestige on our technical and playing. Haha... of cos without anything interesting and no form of dancing, the general public looked quite bored except for some songs yea... Catered yan3 ge1 to the older peoples like parents there, lilo and stich for the kiddies they brought along and i could have danced all night, for all those who loved the pop and rock of the 1970s to 1980s. Haha... but many said they enjoyed us the most. But the grooviest in the gardens award was not our of cos... it went to nanyang girls. haha... i think the judges were amused by the singing that was so interesting and amusing and entertaining. Haha
It was a nice day... went to eat with wk and yilun aft that. Enjoyed times with my section peps =D
